Coaching for Transition: Helping his clients manage their way through major transitions quickly and effectively.
Wellbeing Stress is one of the most common mental health problems in the UK. In small amounts, stress can be tolerated, however, prolonged or intense stress levels can negatively impact our work performance. During his coaching sessions participants very often share confidential information about their mental health, personal circumstances and general wellbeing. These are often subjects that they are reluctant to share with their family, friends and colleagues, so just talking to someone else in a safe environment really can help.
